Celebrated New Year in this hotel and it was located in a great area near many restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. , the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was not up to par. The options were limited, and the quality of the food was not good.

Stuff was attentive, room was new-fashioned and compact. We had a very good service, savoury breakfast. Late check-out was useful. The hotel had a magnificent location right at Clock Tower. You could walk to a mall and a local market. The in-house restaurant was very nice and offered good meals.

We stayed close to the backwater boat, within the city center, and near the ferry terminal. the train station was within walking distance. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a good size bed and pillows. the staff was very friendly and attentive. A good variety of breakfast choices was available.
The bathroom was a bit small.
